Letter from a guest

Dear staff of the Paragon Hotel,

I just wanted to reach out to all of you and say thank you from the bottom of my heart. In March I had the privilege of doing my Ayurvedic treatment with you, and I would have never imagined at that time that this experience would change my life so profoundly. Thanks to you, I am healthier today, both physically and mentally, than I have ever been before.

Through you I developed a much better understanding of healthy nutrition, which not only helped me to finally reach a weight that had long seemed unattainable, but also made me feel truly comfortable in my own body again. On top of that, I gained a new, healthy attitude towards sports and everyday movement. Most important of all, however, is the structured daily routine I found thanks to you: fixed sleeping times, enough energy throughout the day, and even time just for myself – it feels like a brand-new life.

Mentally, so much has also changed. I am clearer, more structured, and much more balanced. This has helped me enormously not only in my everyday life but also in my studies: I was able to finish my bachelor’s thesis with the best possible grade of 1.0 and now I am starting my master’s studies fresh, full of energy, and with great anticipation. Without your guidance and encouragement, none of this would have been possible.

My special thanks go of course to my attending doctor, Dr. Buddhike, as well as my two wonderful treatment therapists, Lakmini and Kalani – but also to all of you who made my stay so special. Every encounter, every smile, and every small gesture contributed to making me feel so welcome and cared for.

I am endlessly grateful for my time with you and for the changes that began back then, which continue to shape and enrich my life today – and will surely keep doing so in the future.
